Any California school, school district or county office of education can license UC College Prep's entire catalog of Advanced Placement® and "a-g" courses today at no cost.  Please note that UC College Prep does not provide instruction, grades or credit for its courses.

Licensed Courses are complete UC-approved and College Board certified courses used to instruct students online or in the classroom. Most educational partners install our curriculum on a learning management system so qualified teachers can instruct students remotely as part of an online course, program or virtual school.

In return for licensing its courses at no charge, UCCP requires the educational partner to collect usage and basic student data for UCCP to report to its state funders. This information is held in the strictest confidence and is only viewed by qualified UC personnel.

To license UCCP courses, please fill out the Licensing Agreement below, sign, and either scan and email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or mail to UC College Prep, Attention: Curt Anderson, 2901 Mission Street, Suite A, Santa Cruz, CA 95060.  Once the agreement is received the contact person listed on page 8 of the agreement will be emailed access codes to a secure FTP site to download the courses.  The licensing process usually takes 5-10 days from the time the agreement is received.
